During the COVID-19 emergency, we know that there are concerns about the impacts to community input in the absence of Neighborhood Council meetings, especially given that Planning intends for now to move forward with review of planning cases that don't require public hearing as they can. The situation is still changing every day, and we will share information as soon as we have it. Councilmember Ryu continues to be a strong supporter of community review and transparency.
To help in the meantime, our office has worked to make a public list of open CD4 planning cases. Please click on the links below to see a list of open CD4 planning cases for each Neighborhood Council.
We will update the list periodically as we get Letters of Determination and any other notes or information. We believe this is a relatively accurate list, but as there are about 300+ open cases and 15 Neighborhood Councils within CD4, please contact our planning team if anything needs fixing.
Meanwhile, the other way to get information from our office is to sign up for our Monday Planning Report, where we give a weekly round up of everything Planning related in the District, from cases to policy to meetings.
