PRESS RELEASE: Ryu Introduces Dual Motions to Regulate Tour Buses

Los Angeles -- Today, Councilmember Ryu introduced two motions to bring new regulation to tour bus operators in Los Angeles. On Wednesday, Governor Jerry Brown signed AB25 (Nazarian), which allows municipalities in California new authority to require the use of headphones on open-air tour buses and limit the streets they can operate on.
