Andrew Suh | Council Aide

Andrew Suh is the Council Aide for Councilmember David Ryu, the first Korean American and only second Asian-American ever elected to the Los Angeles City Council. 

Prior to joining Councilmember Ryu’s office, Andrew worked as an academic advisor and internship coordinator for an international academic institution, where he helped students transition into college as well as employment after college. He managed the Korean-American relations in both programs as the role of a liaison in the Beverly Hills District Office. He is a graduate of UCLA with a B.A in Geography and Environmental Studies.

As a Council Aide, Suh covers a multitude of projects within the realms of communications, legislation, and administration for the office.
